3. Payments

• Any unlawful activity, misconduct, or non-compliance with safety rules during tours may result in cancellation of services without refund.

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

6. Wildlife Safari Rules

• Safaris are conducted by the Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh and are subject to their rules and regulations.

• Safari timings, zones, and vehicle allocations are controlled by forest authorities. Requests for specific zones or guides cannot be guaranteed.

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, littering, or disturbing wildlife during safaris is strictly prohibited.

• We are not responsible for wildlife sightings, which depend on natural conditions and luck.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• MPforestTourism.com acts as a booking facilitator for hotels, transport, and safari services provided by third parties.

• We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, accidents, personal injuries, or expenses arising from third-party services.

• Force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) are beyond our control.
