Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed for services booked through MPforestTourism.com.

1. General Terms

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Email] or through our website’s contact form.

• The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation charges.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Convenience fees, transaction charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

2. Safari Bookings

• Safari permits are issued by the Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh and are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.

• Requests for changes in safari dates, zones, or vehicles cannot be entertained after confirmation.

• In case the Forest Department cancels a safari due to operational reasons, weather, or government orders, refunds will be processed only to the extent refunded by the department.

3. Tour Packages (Hotels, Transport, Activities, etc.)

• Cancellation charges vary depending on the policies of hotels, transport providers, and activity partners.

• Standard cancellation timelines:

  • 30 days or more before travel → 75% 50% refund (excluding non-refundable components).

  • 15 – 29 days before travel → Up to 50% refund.

  •  15 - 7 days before travel

  • Less than 7 days → No refund

“No-shows” or cancellations after the start of the trip will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Force Majeure Cancellations

In case of cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.):

• Refunds will be processed only if and as received from hotels, transporters, and other service providers.

• MPforestTourism.com will not be liable for additional compensation in such cases.

5. Group Bookings & Special Offers

• Cancellations for group tours or bookings made under promotional offers may be subject to stricter cancellation rules.

• Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please provide the following:

• Booking reference number

• Full name and contact details

• Travel dates and service booked

• Reason for cancellation
